Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance on technology, data protection, and privacy compliance matters
Lead Technology GRC efforts, including PCI compliance oversight and related training programs
Monitor and analyze evolving U.S. laws and regulations impacting technology and data
Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements
Partner with business teams to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex legal issues for non-legal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of legal experience, including at least 18 months in-house
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; active bar membership and CA in-house eligibility
Experience with GRC, privacy, or technology-focused legal matters
Strong contract drafting, legal research, and communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
