Responsibilities
Develop and manage the product specification process to achieve long-term growth targets
Build and maintain a collaborative CRM pipeline for specification-to-sales tracking
Generate specifications with architects, engineers, and contractors for large-scale projects
Deliver training and continuing education programs (AIA, AEC Daily) for specifiers and internal teams
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted communications and manage product listings
Track competitor strategies and identify new product growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 years in technical product or architectural building product sales
Proficiency in architectural software (SolidWorks, CAD, Revit)
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret architectural drawings
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
CSI experience/certification preferred
