Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an executive-level communications plan
Define key messages, themes, channels, and target audiences for OCI initiatives
Oversee the design and delivery of digital, print, and multimedia products
Ensure all communications reflect the organization’s values, tone, and visual identity
Develop strategies for stakeholder engagement, including town halls, podcasts, and office hours
Translate complex technical topics into accessible language
Manage a centralized knowledge repository to support stakeholder communication and clinical requirement definition
Qualification
Required
Mastery of Associated Press (AP) style and narrative storytelling
Expert in MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SharePoint
Deep understanding of change leadership and organizational communication
Bachelor's Degree
10 years total (8 years in senior communications management)
