Responsibilities
Oversee all property maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with safety standards
Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor expenses, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Lead negotiations with tenants, oversee the specialty leasing program and ensure compliance with lease agreements
Build strong relationships with tenants and address any operational concerns. Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements and property policies
Coordinate special events and promotional activities to enhance the property’s visibility and community connections
Lead and manage staff, ensuring high performance and alignment with RockStep’s goals
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in property management or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and lead a team
Highly motivated with strong organizational skills
