Responsibilities
Renew and manage current book of business for approximately 1,600 clients
Generate new sales. Work with internal sales agents on best practices, compliance, Medicare Marketing guidelines and conduct Medicare 101 and sales meetings both via Zoom and in person
Manages administrative/operations employees and functions including the front desk, commissions and customer service
Assist in cross-training internal staff
Work with the Principal to conduct annual and ongoing training of staff and outside agents
Serve as back up to the principal for all corporate functions and business continuity
