Critical Infrastructure Protection Analyst

RMC Global is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Protection Analyst for a full-time in-office position. The analyst will support the Department of the Navy's Critical Infrastructure Protection Program, ensuring compliance and providing technical coordination and support to military headquarters.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting the development of Navy/USMC CIP and MA policy and guidance
Act as liaison between assigned command and lead Navy/USMC command for all CIP and MA related issues
Support the identification, prioritization, assessment, and validation of Tier 1 through 3 Task Critical Assets (TCAs) that support mission essential tasks (METs) for Operation Plans (OPLANs) and Concept of Operation Plans (CONPLANs) through the Critical Asset Identification Process (CAIP)
Support development of risk decision plans (RDPs) for Tier 1 and 2 TCAs and associated infrastructure as requested
Facilitate the completion of MAA corrective action plans (CAPs) that address findings detailed in MAA reports as requested
Identify, validate, and track of assets as part of the CAIP and support the development of the CAIP policy documents
Support the Navy/USMC CAIP through coordinating with subordinate commands and developing CAIP update responses
Provide support, as necessary, to all phases of MA assessments, including providing research and on-site travel support and mission analysis
Provide MAA 101 training to new RMC employees and provide new mission analysts with functional training and mentoring
Support preparation of graphical, oral, written reports, briefs, and products in support of the CIP and MA Programs
Review critical asset data in CAMS and Strategic Mission Assurance Data System (SMADS) for validity and assist with the validation and editing process
Review readiness reporting in the Defense Readiness Reporting System Strategic (DRRS-S) and assist with the development of mission chains
Serve as advisor to client on all CIP and MA matters and provide research and analysis using DoD Mission Assurance and Navy/USMC CIP policy and guidance, as directed
Assist in educating/informing client and leadership on the value of the MAA and significant risks and vulnerabilities to critical assets and missions
Ensure that relevant, timely, and actionable TCA information is available to COCOMs, subordinate commands and units, CIP stakeholders, and asset owners
Support MA assessments and perform mission decomposition or other roles as requested
Develop briefs and information papers for internal and external use on CIP and MA topics
Participate in Navy/USMC exercises and war games and provide input on potential impacts to TCAs and associated missions
Assist in the prioritization recommendations for MA related capability gaps and requirements supporting Program Objective Memorandum and the Base Operating Support Integrated Priority List
Support military construction, Facility Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (FSRM), Shore Mission Integration Group, Fleet Related Control Systems working groups, and other decision support processes
Participate in conferences, working groups, meetings, and other events related to MA, as required

Required

Bachelor's degree
In lieu of a degree, commensurate operational experience (+4 years) may be substituted
Obtaining a DoD Secret Clearance
Possession of a current passport with a minimum of eight months remaining until the expiration date
Willingness and capability to travel, CONUS and OCONUS approximately 25% of the time
Commitment to maintaining a drug-free work environment
U.S. Citizenship
Possession of a valid state driver's license
Excellent writing skills and strong communication abilities
Good time management and organizational skills
Experience using tools and applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative to help ensure team tasks are successfully completed within required timelines
Strong ability to interact and communicate both written and verbally with people at all levels
Possess strong problem-solving skills
