Responsibilities
Provide program management and governance for Cyber and IAM program delivery teams
Lead program reporting, communications, and executive updates
Translate cybersecurity and IAM technical concepts into business language for stakeholders
Collaborate with technical and business partners to align program goals and deliverables
Oversee risk, issue, and dependency tracking across all assigned programs
Drive proactive mitigation, escalation handling, and cross-functional coordination
Manage and lead Cyber/IAM programs and projects across multiple business units
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management principles, models, and security concepts
10+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity
5+ years of program/project management or program delivery experience
Strong familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK
Experience working within or alongside a PMO, with a solid understanding of delivery methodologies
Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs in hybrid environments
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Experience with JIRA and Microsoft 365 tools
Preferred
PMP, CSM, or relevant cybersecurity/technical certifications
