Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to achieve and exceed regional revenue and performance targets
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan aligned with Gigamon’s strategic objectives
Drive new business and expand existing enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional client relationships and account management
Build and manage a regional channel strategy, including recruiting, enabling, and supporting channel partners
Accurately forecast sales performance using Salesforce and provide timely updates to leadership
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Engineering, and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver customer solutions
Represent Sales on cross-functional teams to support product development and enhancement initiatives
Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy and product direction

Required

15+ years of experience in technology sales, including 3+ years managing a quota-carrying sales team
Demonstrated success hiring, leading, and developing high-performing teams to achieve or exceed sales goals
Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies for the Southwest region
Track record of selling complex security, networking, and cloud-based IT solutions to large enterprise customers
Experience building and managing a channel model and working with Alliance and Technology Ecosystem partners
Strong forecasting skills with a history of meeting or exceeding commitments
Must reside in or near Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA
