GTM Associate - Banking & Credit
Mosaic is an AI-driven deal modeling platform for private markets, seeking to scale its investment banking and private credit segments. The GTM Associate will own client relationships, drive sales cycles, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.

Responsibilities
Own Revenue End-to-End: Drive the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close with accountability for new business growth
Expand & Retain Accounts: Lead post-sale rollouts to ensure successful deployment, exceptional customer experience, and ownership of expansion and renewal motions
Commercial & Strategic Negotiation: Represent Mosaic in high-stakes commercial and strategic conversations with C-Suite Executives, Partners, Managing Directors, and entire deal teams
Serve as a Trusted Strategic Advisor: Partner directly with senior deal professionals to diagnose workflow pain points and architect Mosaic solutions that materially improve decision-making leverage, execution speed and accuracy, and talent development and retention
Manage a Strategic Portfolio: Build and maintain deep relationships across a portfolio of leading private equity, private credit, and investment banking clients
Influence the Product Roadmap: Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to translate customer feedback into clear, high-impact feature requirements
Qualification
Required
2โ4+ years of experience in private equity, private credit, or investment banking
Strong command of financial modeling and valuation concepts, with the ability to speak credibly with deal professionals
Exceptional communicator with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across all seniority levels
Highly ambitious self-starter excited to be an early GTM hire at a fast-growing startup and thrive in unstructured environments
Able to synthesize customer feedback into actionable product and go-to-market insights
Comfort operating at the intersection of revenue, product, and customer success
Comfortable excelling as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team member
