Responsibilities
Designing and building complex data-capture and workflow systems across web and desktop environments
Developing frontend-heavy full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
Architecting and optimizing high-throughput, production-grade data pipelines
Collaborating with product and engineering leadership to define product strategy and ship quickly
Establishing engineering best practices, tooling, and technical standards as the team scales
Taking ownership of systems that directly impact customers and core business outcomes
Qualification
Required
4–10 years of professional experience as a full-stack or frontend-leaning software engineer
Strong experience building and scaling production web applications
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (especially React and Next.js) and Python
Experience designing or working with data-intensive systems and workflows
Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, distributed team
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
Familiarity with distributed systems and messaging tools (e.g., Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch)
Exposure to containerized or orchestrated environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Prior experience helping define systems or infrastructure at an early-stage company
Interest in data infrastructure, developer tooling, or AI-adjacent products
