Qualification
Required
Must be based in Texas, Florida, Georgia, or Colorado
Must be comfortable in a commission-only environment
Must be comfortable with outbound calling, rejection, and relationship-driven sourcing
Preferred
Experienced loan originators with an existing book of residential investment business are preferred and ideal
Candidates without direct lending experience may be considered only if they have strong commission-based sales experience, are highly organized, and confident on the phone
