Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Performance Foodservice is a company focused on food distribution, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers with inquiries about orders and products. Processing orders & transactions
Answering questions about products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve problems
Support Sales in all aspects
Provides information to other departments based on customer feedback
Performs other related duties as assigned
Attend training and Customer Service meetings
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area
Customer Centric attitude with professional demeanor
Must be proficient in MS Office suite – Outlook, Word & especially Excel in a SharePoint environment
