Responsibilities
Maintain open, cross-department communication, building strong client relationships and leading upsell initiatives
Contribute to digital product enhancements that align with industry trends
Execute paid media strategies, identifying opportunities for growth within the pod
Promote agency visibility through thought leadership and foster team professional growth
Owns overall paid media strategy and roadmap for clients, leading paid strategy within our client facing squads
Thinking beyond Google - producing strategies which extend across multiple channels
Manages paid media strategies end-to-end including research, implementation and reporting - working closely with strategy leads (Head of Strategy) on deeper research where needed
Prioritises activities based on client’s performance, KPI’s and impact
Identifies new opportunities and connects media plans to business plans
Contributes to paid thought leadership and delivers industry and specialist insights that are valued by our clients and peers
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and ideas for campaigns and content
Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and content that drive results and meet client KPIs
Be involved with thought leadership initiatives, promoting yourself and Hallam through a variety of channels
Uphold and embody the agency’s core values in daily work and interactions with clients and colleagues
Promote a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace environment
Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, learning, and well-being
Actively contribute to the company’s sustainability and social impact goals as part of its BCorp certification
