Intern - Human Resources

O'Reilly Auto Parts offers a Summer Internship Program that allows students to work closely with experienced leaders in Human Resources. Interns will assist with special projects and daily tasks while gaining valuable industry knowledge and developing their career through a personalized Career Development Plan.

Responsibilities

Assist their team with special projects and daily tasks that will contribute to the success of the company
Design their Career Development Plan and complete tasks and projects to gain the experience necessary to achieve their career goals
Gain a broad understanding of O'Reilly's HR functions by rotating through 10+ Human Resources teams
Take ownership over a meaningful project and/or tasks that will challenge you to leave a lasting impact on O’Reilly
Participate in professional development curriculum with events hosted by experienced professionals
Build connections with O’Reilly team members and fellow interns through social events and activities

Qualification

Required

Actively enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
Ability to work full-time (40 hours) for 10 weeks during summer
Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
Hardworking
Enthusiastic to learn and use new skills
Dedicated to always doing their best
Excited to contribute to a culture of teamwork
Committed to approaching their work with a win-win attitude to help everyone succeed

Preferred

Participate in on or off-campus activities outside of the classroom
