Maintenance Engineer
LMG is a leader in delivering exceptional audiovisual solutions for live events, and they are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure their audio, video, and lighting equipment is in peak condition. The role involves diagnosing and repairing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing on-site support during events.

Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of AV equipment, including electronic and mechanical components
Use schematics, service tags, and logs to identify and resolve technical issues
Track maintenance history and identify trends in performance or failure
Assess repair needs and coordinate with vendors for external servicing or part replacements
Provide on-site assistance or remote troubleshooting to technicians and clients during events when needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum Required Years: 5
Proven experience with audio, video, or lighting equipment maintenance and repair
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work with technical manuals and schematics
Hands-on repair experience (electrical, electronic, and cosmetic repairs)
Ability to work independently and proactively identify equipment issues
Willingness to travel to event sites when support is required
