Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation sessions and working workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Own the development of:
Business, functional, and non-functional requirements
As-Is and To-Be process flows
Source-to-target mappings with transformation and validation rules
Lead or significantly contribute to RFI/RFP development, vendor Q&A, and evaluation activities
Perform detailed data analysis to validate requirements and integration outputs
Partner with architects and developers to clarify requirements and resolve design questions
Ensure requirements traceability across design, development, and testing
Lead UAT preparation, execution support, and defect triage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on medium and large scale IT projects
Strong experience in: Requirements elicitation and documentation
Strong experience in: Business process modeling
Strong experience in: Source-to-target mapping and data analysis
Strong experience in: Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
Strong experience in: Proven stakeholder facilitation skills
Preferred
Experience with ERP or enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Experience supporting data integrations and migrations
Experience in vendor-led or multi-vendor environments
Strong SQL skills
