Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, performing high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex Red Hat systems supporting applications that require a thorough knowledge of administrative and technical skills
Performs all duties of Red Hat administration including installation, configuration, securing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Applies higher-level business or technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at an engineering solution
Prepares technical reports and related documentation, and makes charts and graphs as needed to record results
Prepares and deliver presentations and briefings as required by the Task Order
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years' experience as a Unix System Administrator – Operational experience with RHEL8 and RHEL9. High school diploma with additional years' experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Must have Active Secret security clearance
3+ years deploying Unix in secured environments, i.e., DISA
3+ years using, updating and maintaining Red Hat Satellite
Documenting system processes for Unix environments
HW experience: Knowledge of Dell Servers, iDRAC, VMWare, AWS and Azure
SW experience: Operating Systems: RHEL8 and RHEL 9
Red Hat Satellite Server and Red Hat PCS Clustering
Experience with running Red Hat systems with SELINUX in 'enforcing' mode
Experience with configuring PAM (Pluggable Authentication Modules) on RHEL to enable 2-factor authentication via RSA and/or Active Directory
Proficiency in developing and maintaining Ansible playbooks for system automation

Experience with the File Access Policy Daemon (fapolicyd) Service
