Responsibilities
Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
Create engaging content: videos, reels, posts, graphics, ads, and project features
Capture and produce on-site photo and video content
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta & Google)
Track analytics, generate reports, and optimize performance
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
Support business growth initiatives and promotional launches
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
Strong content creation and brand storytelling abilities
Proficiency with content and design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
Comfortable being on camera and directing content production
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Houston-based and available for on-site work
