Responsibilities
Lead and grow a corporate transactions practice, including M&A, private equity, financings, joint ventures, and general corporate matters
Service and expand an existing portable book of business ($500K+)
Collaborate with partners across practice areas and geographies to support client needs
Participate in strategic growth initiatives while maintaining full control over client relationships
Mentor associates and contribute to firm development as desired
Qualification
Required
Established corporate transactions partner with $500K+ portable book
Strong client relationships and consistent origination history
Experience advising middle-market to sophisticated corporate clients
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in scalable, flexible growth
New York–based or able to anchor practice from Manhattan
