Responsibilities
Develop project plans, define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables for technology application development and implementation
Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams and technology vendors
Facilitate development efforts by creating and monitoring efficient processes between internal teams and external technology providers
Communicate status updates to stakeholders across multiple organizations and teams
Ensure project and program objectives are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and resources
Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of projects/programs
Manage technology product goals and forecasts, collaborating with technical teams to translate objectives into actionable strategies
Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile and waterfall
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in product management or technical program management
Strong technical background in MuleSoft, GCP, and Cloud Run
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
Strong understanding of cloud-native application architecture, APIs, and microservices design
Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and deliver projects on time
Preferred
Certification in MuleSoft, Google Cloud, or Agile Project Management (CSM/PSPO)
Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or enterprise product environments
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools
