Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and strategic planning across advertising sales initiatives
Develop and refine business processes to enhance organizational efficiency and performance
Create insightful reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Collaborate with multiple departments to gather, interpret, and communicate critical business insights
Support continuous improvement efforts through rigorous quantitative and qualitative assessment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
1+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Preferred
Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Previous work experience in Advertising Finance
