Hire and develop the best: attract, hire and retain top sales talent
Be a strong leader inspiring team and building team culture
Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase the performance of your team
Coach your team to analyze the performances of their customers' full-funnel campaigns and provide optimization recommendations to their advertisers and agencies
Promote customer obsession: ensure that our advertisers and their agencies receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
Partner across organizations to ensure that your team is setup for success
Experience supporting Consumer Services brands (Real Estate, Education, Government, etc)
Qualification
Required
Experience managing teams
Experience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines
Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
Experience building new customer relationships
Preferred
Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
Experience with high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
