Oversight of property maintenance, ensuring high standards of upkeep
Responding promptly to repair requests, including after-hours calls
Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
Supervising maintenance and custodial staff, including training and disciplinary actions
Managing maintenance budget and inventory
Ensuring compliance with safety standards, OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC (EPA certification required), carpentry, and other building systems
Background in multifamily housing maintenance
Oversight of property maintenance, ensuring high standards of upkeep
Responding promptly to repair requests, including after-hours calls
Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
Supervising maintenance and custodial staff, including training and disciplinary actions
Managing maintenance budget and inventory
Ensuring compliance with safety standards, OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
