Responsibilities
Design and execute manual and automated test cases
Develop and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test metrics
Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, accessibility, and post-deployment validation testing
Generate test data and maintain testing documentation
Conduct ADA compliance testing using tools such as AccVerify and JAWS
Perform API testing using tools like Postman, REST Client, and similar frameworks
Develop and maintain Java-based test automation frameworks
Automate web applications using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools
Write Gherkin (Given/When/Then) scenarios and implement step definitions in Java
Execute SQL queries (SELECTs, JOINs) for test data validation
Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps
Identify, document, and track defects clearly and concisely
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Communicate test results, risks, and issues to developers and stakeholders
Support testing activities aligned with the Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of senior-level Software Testing / QA experience
Manual and automated testing expertise
Strong understanding of QA methodologies (UAT, SIT, Regression, Performance, Accessibility)
Experience building environment-specific test suites (DEV, UAT, QAT, PRE-PROD)
Java test automation (object-oriented, maintainable code)
Web automation frameworks: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress
SQL / P-SQL for test data validation (Oracle and/or SQL Server)
Git version control (pull requests, merges)
Azure DevOps (user stories, defect tracking)
API tools: Postman, REST Client
Performance testing: JMeter or LoadRunner
