Qualification
Required
A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
Basic PC proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high call quality
A fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets
Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Must be able to pass a full background check
Preferred
Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience (a plus!)
