Responsibilities
Leading CPI projects to address issues and defects related to design, manufacturing, and supplier quality
Supporting the team in data analysis to identify and prioritize key issues to ensure we minimize customer downtime
Close collaboration with the extended team to support product quality, including a focus on analysis of all field defects and implementing robust stop capability to protect our customers
Provide coaching to the extended organization on effective RCCA and identification of 'True Root Cause' to address the broken process that allowed the defect to be created
Qualification
Required
Experience in product development, design engineering, product service engineering, or as a field Technical Representative
Experience in more than one product development area or product group is desirable
Experience program management or project management
Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation) for a global and diverse audience
Strong analytical skills and capabilities. Ability to draw insights from data to make quick, well informed decisions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology Field or equivalent work experience
6 Sigma Black Belt training
Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders and strong business acumen
Distinct customer focus
Ability to understand both technology and business domains
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
