This role focuses on ensuring compliance with evolving healthcare regulations, particularly related to FHIR and interoperability standards, while managing the product development lifecycle and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Deliver on product roadmap priorities to achieve time to market and time to value targets by managing the product development lifecycle for a given product(s) through proven technical leadership
Responsible for specific Paragon Regulatory commitments, including but not limited to The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC) Promoting Interoperability and eCQM programs
Analyze and document upcoming regulatory changes and their impact on Paragon, proactively identifying opportunities for product enhancements
Manage the product roadmap for regulatory features, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall product strategy
Engage with regulatory bodies and industry experts to stay informed about evolving requirements and best practices
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their regulatory needs and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap
Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including regulatory impact assessments and compliance artifacts
Support sales, marketing, and other teams with regulatory expertise as needed
Champion a culture of regulatory compliance within the Paragon team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, business, IT or related field, or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or a related field
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a regulated environment
Understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Meaningful Use, and interoperability rules (e.g., 21st Century Cures Act)
Strong knowledge of HL7 standards, including FHIR, HL7v2, and CDA
Experience working with Agile development methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable product plans
Preferred
Experience working with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) is a plus
Paragon experience is a plus
