Responsibilities
Plan and manage software releases across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
Align dependencies across multiple workstreams (e.g., PowerApps, Integration, Analytics, Data Engineering)
Maintain release calendars, dependency maps, and readiness reviews to mitigate risk
Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated, repeatable deployments
Support transition from Azure DevOps to Jira, ensuring workflow and governance alignment
Coordinate CAB approvals, release communications, and executive updates
Track and report key metrics (success rate, rollback frequency, automation coverage)
Lead post-release reviews and drive continuous improvement in tooling and process efficiency
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Jira
Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe, version control (Git), and change management
Working knowledge of SQL, deployment scripting, and data validation
Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Continuous improvement mindset with focus on automation, documentation, and governance
