Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects within a healthcare environment, including hospital construction, practice moves, and system integrations
Plan, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Apply Agile, Sprint-based, and traditional project management methodologies as appropriate
Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery
Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking metrics, and project documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager within a healthcare environment
Hands-on experience managing projects related to hospital builds, practice relocations, or large-scale healthcare initiatives
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks including Agile, Scrum, Sprints, and Waterfall
Excellent vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
PMP certification strongly preferred
Exposure to Epic or other EMR systems highly desired
