Responsibilities
Play a central role in the conversion and integration of Discover’s credit card accounts to Capital One
Bring both technical product management skills combined with analytical rigor and judgment to drive horizontal conversion strategy for major components of the Discover conversion
Create clear vision for the longer-term integrated Discover destination and associated capabilities
Build and maintain a highly engaged, high-performing team through a combination of talent development and recruiting
Lead a direct team of two Product Managers and three matrixed Product Managers in support of critical deliverables
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
