Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and analysis for enterprise data architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready data storage, access, and analytics solutions
Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise data platforms , including performance tuning, security controls, system reliability, and governance compliance
Design, develop, and enhance enterprise data infrastructure, data models, and data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives
Establish and enforce data architecture standards, policies, documentation, and source control practices to ensure consistency, audit readiness, and operational excellence
Act as a trusted technical partner by leading data initiatives, providing expert troubleshooting and architectural guidance, delivering training and technical presentations, and supporting cross-functional stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR four (4) years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or data-focused role (preferred)
Strong experience with enterprise data platforms, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics architectures
Hands-on experience with data security, governance, and performance optimization
Preferred
Microsoft certifications in Azure Data, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, or related data technologies
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor technical teams
Experience with large-scale enterprise data environments
Exposure to compliance frameworks and audit-ready data architectures
Background in data visualization or reporting tools
