Responsibilities

Own and expand strategic relationships with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and major content platforms
Develop multi-year account plans aligned with customer goals and company strategy
Identify and pursue opportunities across fiber, IP transit, wavelength, and data center interconnect services
Work collaboratively with Sales Engineering, Product, and Network Planning to architect scalable, cost-effective customer solutions
Lead complex commercial negotiations and secure long-term agreements
Maintain a deep understanding of customer infrastructure requirements, business models, and technical roadmaps
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships within key accounts
Assess market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to guide go-to-market strategy
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account performance reporting

Required

Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to connect technical network solutions to customer business outcomes

Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer meetings and industry events
Minimum 5 years of enterprise, carrier, or cloud infrastructure sales experience
Proven experience supporting hyperscalers, cloud providers, OTTs, or major content platforms
Experience with Salesforce CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting
