Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments including sales, marketing, operations, and warehouse/distribution
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and align on candidate profiles
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, job boards, and community outreach
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring data, and continuously improve processes
Develop and execute strategies to attract talent in a competitive market
Support employer branding efforts to position Shaka Wear as an employer of choice
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and agencies as needed
Post open roles on different outlets
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in apparel, wholesale, retail, or distribution environments
Proven ability to fill roles across multiple functions and levels, from warehouse associates to corporate leadership
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and local networks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach suited to a fast-paced environment
Implementation of applicant tracking systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given our workforce
Preferred
Experience recruiting in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments
Familiarity with high-volume hourly hiring alongside corporate recruitment
Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing
Connections within the Houston and Los Angeles-area talent market
