Responsibilities
Design and build full stack applications used by trading and operations teams in real time decision making environments
Rapidly prototype new tools and features by working directly with business users and iterating based on continuous feedback
Modernize and extend an existing application landscape, introducing scalable and maintainable architectures
Own projects end to end, from requirements analysis and technical design through development, testing, and deployment
Integrate applications with internal platforms, data sources, and services across the organization
Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, visibility, or commercial outcomes
Qualification
Required
A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience
At least three years of professional experience in full stack development
Strong backend experience with Python and C Sharp, including API and ORM frameworks
Strong frontend experience building production applications with React and TypeScript
A genuine passion for software development and close collaboration with business teams
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively under time pressure
Preferred
Experience with ORM frameworks, including Entity Framework as a plus
Designing, maintaining, and optimizing relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle
