Responsibilities
Build and refine websites in Duda that feel modern, polished, and tailored—even within a scalable framework
Maintain and iterate on our master templates and component libraries to make high-volume production faster and better
Stay ahead of web design trends and Duda feature releases to pilot new interactions, animations, or layouts that keep our product ahead of the competition
Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure our layouts aren't just 'pretty,' but strategically structured to drive user conversions and support high-quality storytelling
Provide actionable feedback to our onshore and offshore production teams, ensuring every site meets our 'Gold Standard.'
Own the QA process for complex builds, ensuring 100% compliance with SEO best practices and WCAG/ADA accessibility standards
Partner with leadership to streamline workflows, reduce build times, and integrate new tools (including AI-assisted builds)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience designing websites in Duda, including template-based builds
Strong understanding of website best practices, including WCAG/ADA compliance and on-page SEO principles
Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, visual hierarchy, color usage, mobile optimization, and design taste
Experience producing websites in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to interpret brand assets and apply them creatively within structured templates
Preferred
Experience leading or mentoring website builders or designers
Familiarity with workflow tools, SOPs, and structured production environments
Experience with content ingestion workflows, AI-assisted build tools, or image optimization processes
Comfort collaborating with offshore teams and providing clear documentation and expectations
Strong understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
