Responsibilities
Command the ebb and flow of production activities with a sharp eye for detail and efficiency
Breathe life into scheduling, tailoring to the precise needs of our delivery objectives
Inspire your team with feedback, illuminating a path to enhanced production performance
Anticipate attendance changes, dynamically deploying personnel where they are most needed
Champion cross-training initiatives that furnish your team with versatile production capabilities
Sculpt a reduction in scrap and rework, employing strategic corrective actions to hone quality
Apply lean strategies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone to solve production puzzles
Skillfully balance workloads across work centers to capitalize on open capacities
Ensure our CNC programming needs are met by timely equipping workspaces with essential tools
Facilitate weekly 5s audits, embedding organizational discipline and rectifying inefficiencies
Be the guardian of safety, crafting a secure environment for every task
Sculpt Work Instructions, streamlining processes as needs evolve
Promote an immaculate, orderly shop, where product flow is as smooth as silk
Establish synergetic interactions with Engineering, Materials Management, and Purchasing to advance operational goals
Maintain an open dialogue with the Assembly team, ensuring downstream satisfaction and efficiency
Devise part routings, converting insights into efficient processes
Design rework protocols to effectively address product deviations
Proactively create maintenance workorders to prevent operational disruptions
Craft Purchase Requisitions for needed resources
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated excellence in CNC Programming
CNC Machine Installation experience
Leadership acumen with strong supervision skills
History of coaching and mentoring team development
ERP Software proficiency
