Territory Manager, Commercial Insurance

Prevail Recruiting is an independently owned specialty insurance wholesaler supporting independent agents with access to property & casualty commercial and personal lines solutions. They are seeking a Territory Manager to grow retail agency relationships across Central/Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, focusing on driving profitable production and managing a portfolio of over 150 accounts.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a defined territory through strong retail agent relationships
Drive submissions and placement into internal markets
Manage a portfolio of 150+ accounts
Spend significant time on the road meeting agents in person
Collaborate with internal underwriting/operations teams to align on goals and execution
Provide feedback internally to keep the team aligned on territory priorities

Qualification

Commercial insurance experienceB2B relationship managementSales experienceOrganizationFollow-throughAccountability

Required

Commercial insurance experience required (carrier, wholesaler, MGA, or agency)
Comfortable in a B2B, relationship-driven role
Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability
Comfortable traveling regularly throughout the territory

Preferred

Sales experience is helpful but not required
Location Preference: Northern MA or Southern NH preferred
Central MA is a plus, but slightly north is ideal for territory coverage
