Responsibilities
Plan, track, and manage software application development projects using GitLab and Azure DevOps
Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
Maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
Oversee code management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment activities through GitLab and Azure DevOps
Support testing, user acceptance, and successful deployment of applications
Document project status, issues, and lessons learned, report to leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of project management experience in software or application development
Hands-on experience with GitLab and Azure DevOps for project tracking, version control, and CI/CD
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple development projects simultaneously
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software release management
Experience with other development or collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
