Train to become an Experienced Collision Estimator
General administrative and Guest service tasks
Answer phone calls
Greet Guests
Check-in damaged vehicles to be repaired
Communicate with Guest and update them on vehicle repair status
Assist Estimators with administrative paperwork
Balance vehicle repair orders
Qualification
Required
Accuracy and proficiency with numbers
Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test
Preferred
Automotive Experience Preferred
Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent Guest service
Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable
Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels
Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
