Benefits, Health & Wellness Coordinator
Hubbard Construction Company is seeking a Benefits and Health & Wellness Coordinator to support their Group Benefits team. The role involves handling clerical tasks, assisting with employee benefit information, and designing wellness programs to meet employee needs.

Responsibilities
Provides support to all Group Benefits
Assists in setting up and maintaining files for employee benefit files
Prepares monthly list, assembles, and mails new hire benefit packets
Assists with all tasks for open enrollment period
Assists employees with day-to-day basic benefit information
Design, execute and evaluate wellness programs to meet the needs of employees
Create communication strategies to promote and encourage participation in wellness programs
Develop and maintain relationships with relevant vendors and suppliers to support wellness program activities
Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone, and voicemail systems
Updates company intranet with benefit/leave documents
Completes assigned projects independently, as needed
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
Previous experience with benefits or Human Resources
Strong customer-service skills
Demonstrated ability to provide efficient, professional operational support, including strong problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Strong analytical skills, including an aptitude to manage detailed quantitative information
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as SAP
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
Assist with innovative ideas to help the team improve their processes and delivery
Preferred
A BS degree is preferred
Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
