Responsibilities
Support and influence month-end close activities in a multi-entity, growth-oriented environment
Take ownership of acquisition-related accounting efforts, including purchase price accounting and integration support
Apply technical accounting judgment to complex transactions and evolving business needs
Serve as a thought partner to accounting leadership on process improvements and reporting enhancements
Support audit and review activities, including preparation of analyses and technical documentation
Provide oversight and mentorship for Accounting team
Assist with strengthening controls, documentation, and consistency as the organization scales
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA required
Demonstrated experience with purchase price accounting and technical accounting under U.S. GAAP
Preferred
Experience as an Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller preferred; strong Audit Managers will also be considered
Industry experience highly preferred, including exposure to month-end close, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives
Prior experience in a private equity, acquisitive, or high-growth environment is advantageous
