Responsibilities
Meet with prospective clients to understand project goals. Develop design-build concepts and quotes that align with both client needs and company profitability
Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure designs are buildable, efficient, and executed as intended
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and timelines
Monitor project progress throughout installation to ensure alignment with approved designs, specifications, and client expectations
Track leads, proposals, and follow-ups to support consistent sales performance
Winter collaboration with the services team as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional landscape design and sales experience, a degree in Landscape Architecture, or a combination of both
Portfolio demonstrating previous landscape design work is required and must be available upon request or submitted with application
Highly proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and SketchUp
Proven ability to present design concepts and proposals to Commercial & Residential clients and close sales
Ability to design within established budgets while maintaining profitability and project value
Working knowledge of regional plant materials, site conditions, and applicable codes or regulations
In-depth understanding of landscape design, construction, and installation best practices
Experience producing clear construction documentation for installation teams
Bilingual: Spanish/English is a bonus
Valid Driver's License with a clear record
