Portland Clean Energy Fund Program Coordinator
Portland Community College is the largest post-secondary institution in Oregon, serving approximately 80,000 students. They are seeking a Program Coordinator for the Portland Clean Energy Fund’s Collaborating for Climate Action project, responsible for managing the scholarship awarding process and developing climate-related courses.

Responsibilities
Managing the full scholarship awarding process
Serving as the primary point of coordination among students, faculty, academic advisors, and key PCC stakeholders
Providing overall project management to ensure the scholarship process is organized, timely, and implemented smoothly from start to finish
Supporting faculty in designing curricula
Leading the curriculum approval process through state and internal systems
Coordinating operational support in administering credit and non-credit courses
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Counseling, Business Administration, Social Science, Communications, or related field
Experience performing the duties of this job may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis
Two years of professional experience in an educational or training environment and project coordination/management is required
Project management skills including communication, organization, facilitation, delegation, and independent decision-making
Ability to travel to multiple PCC locations on a regular basis
Preferred
Demonstrated passion for/understanding of the clean energy sector such as knowledge of emerging climate technologies & related labor market is helpful
Experience working with climate tech training programs preferred, especially in fleet and facilities management
Experience navigating curriculum approval process through the State of Oregon and PCC preferred
