Responsibilities
Lead all phases of project execution - from preconstruction through close-out - with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance
Serve as the primary client interface and internal project leader
Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams to align project scope and implementation
Oversee progress reporting, deliverables, and communication across teams
Participate in resource planning, team development, and problem-solving to ensure exceptional project outcomes
Monitor project performance and take proactive actions to address issues and risks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
5-10+ years of experience in industrial or heavy construction, project management, or related roles
Proven experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills
Deep understanding of construction processes, safety, budgeting, and scheduling
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams to deliver results
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office and construction systems
