Responsibilities
Define the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for our Enterprise Search and Person & Org 360 products
Define the product outcomes and roadmap for AI-enabled product evolution
Plan and manage products and product features through the product development process
Manage the product backlogs for a group of information discovery products while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of users and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Search tools experience (can talk about what indexing means; what index was used, what was storage/retrieval method)
Strategic product mindset to define the evolution of these products
Customer-centric (collaborative approach with customers and engineering partners) can speak to different audiences
Preferred
Internal-facing enterprise-level product experience
