Responsibilities

Development and support of the firm’s proprietary operations systems and technologies as an integral member of the technology team

Provide support for existing systems, including the ability to identify root causes and troubleshoot/resolve data, performance, and/or system issues

Identify opportunities to modernize and optimize systems and business processes

Collaborate across departments to support company goals and initiatives

Required

5+ years of industry experience developing with Microsoft .NET / C#

3+ years of industry experience building financial services solutions, preferably in operations and accounting

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a U.S. university required

Strong understanding of fund accounting highly desired

Ability to write clean, and maintainable C# code using .NET libraries, NuGet packages, and object-oriented principles

Experience implementing software design patterns and industry best practices

Experience with multi-tiered architectures

Experience with SQL Server with the ability to write and debug stored procedures

Experience with .NET Framework 4.8+, .NET Core, and Visual Studio

Experience with asynchronous programming and parallel processing in .NET

Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Storage)

Experience with DevOps practices, including version control and release management

Strong understanding of REST principles

Basic knowledge of data science concepts (AI/ML is a plus)

Ability to consistently produce high-quality deliverables on time

Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to details

Team-oriented self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Highly motivated to learn and adopt new technologies

Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
