Responsibilities

Set up models and update as architectural models are shared
Drafting existing site and system conditions from Engineer’s field survey notes
Work in conjunction with supervising Engineer to draft MEP system layouts, schedules, and details for a variety of projects
Work with internal/external Technicians/Designers/Engineers to coordinate building systems
Model, Background, and layer management

Qualification

REVITAutoCADBIM standardsMEP systems designMicrosoft OfficeTime managementAttention to detailSelf-starter

Required

Experience in an A/E/C environment designing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems (MEP), a plus but not required
Knowledge of drafting techniques
MEP engineering terminology, a plus but not required
Efficient and accurate drafting with adherence to BIM standards
High level of proficiency in REVIT design software with some CAD knowledge
High Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Electronic Project File Management experience
Excellent time management and an extremely high level of attention to detail
Self-starter that requires little direction to get moving on a project
