Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and supporting a customer-facing case management system built on Dynamics 365 Online
Building and enhancing workflows, business rules, and data models
Integrating external services where required
Managing source control and deployments using Visual Studio, GitHub, and CI/CD practices
Tracking work in Jira
Contributing to solution architecture and design decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a MS Dynamics 365 Developer/Architect/related role
Expert level experience with Dynamics 365 Online and related technologies such as Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc
Expertise with Javascript programming
Experience with Visual Studio, Jira, and Github
Ability to leverage AI such as Copilot to streamline and automate efficiencies
Preferred
Experience with Azure functions and related cloud technologies
Previous experience within manufacturing/MRO
Experience incorporating AI‑driven capabilities—such as Microsoft Copilot, intelligent automation, or AI‑assisted case routing and summarization—to improve processing speed and user efficiency
