Responsibilities
Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
Assemble and manipulate large, complex datasets for functional and non-functional requirements
Re-design infrastructure for greater scalability and automate manual processes
Maintain, clean, and separate data in operational/analytics databases (security focused)
Build analytics tools and data assets to provide insights on customer acquisition and operational efficiency
Work specifically on the Snowflake Native App framework and use Snowpark
Implement solutions using AI tools to speed up delivery
Apply CI/CD best practices (design, implement, test, deploy)
Handle Quality Assurance (QA), automated testing, and on-call support
Troubleshoot performance issues and database requirements
Mentor and support engineers in their career growth
Lead project initiatives and search for innovative solutions
Partner with Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to solve technical challenges
Document processes for technical and non-technical audiences and coordinate cross-team data sharing
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in software development
Expertise in Python
Proficiency in SQL
Experience with Snowflake
Experience with AWS
Experience with Airflow
Experience with Git/Bitbucket
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Unix/Bash
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with Java
Experience with Azure/GCP
Experience with Docker/Containers
Experience with Snowflake Native App framework
Experience with Snowpark
Experience with AI tools
