F&W-2026-3 Agency Services Representative 2 (INTERNAL POSTING)
The NJ Department of Environmental Protection is responsible for managing the state's environmental resources, and they are seeking an Agency Services Representative 2. This role involves providing customer support services, processing agency documents, and serving as a point of contact for various stakeholders in the Bureau of Law Enforcement.

Responsibilities
Provides and disseminates laws, regulations and policies to the public as well as internal stakeholders
Serves as the initial point of contact for all municipal courts and police departments, as well as state and federal agencies for the Bureau of Law Enforcement
Handles the sales of all state hunting, fishing, trapping licenses and permits to the general public
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years of experience providing information and support to customers or clients, responding to technical inquiries and/or complaints regarding products, services or programs, or collecting payments in a government or office setting
Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position
Preferred
